Doula Enrichment
Great, you have your doula certification. Now what? Doula enrichment classes focus on helping doulas establish themselves, build skills, and knowledge, and enhance their experiences as doulas. We're talking holistic, traditional, sacred, practices that make what we do special and divine. Each class covers various aspects of birth work, mindfulness, and balance. What we do for ourselves is just as important as what we do in birth work.
Doulas Off Duty
Activities surrounding building community with other doulas. Sometimes we’re laughing and playing games and sometimes we’re strategizing on how to support one another and our communities. Each “Doula Off Duty” gathering is open to all community-based doulas.
Comfy with Labor
Nothing breaks the ice about giving birth like talking about finding comfort in labor. In this class, we are learning about comfort measures and holistic approaches to pain management during labor. Dress comfy, and come out to get comfortable with labor.
Liquid Gold on Tap
Lactation education classes aimed to support families on their breastfeeding journey. Whether you are solely pumping, nursing from your body, or combination feeding with formula, this class centers around helping you achieve your goals and build support. Each class focuses on a different topic and offers hands-on support with your lactation needs.
